We want you to be fully satisfied with your Eastpak purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all products in their original condition. Whether you have changed your mind or need a different size, our process is designed to be quick and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
